Hi, my name is Leonardo Lima.

I'm a Multimedia Artist, based in São Paulo (Brazil) since 2000.

I've been working in web site development for about 10 years, mainly designing visual identity and interfaces.
For the past 3 years I've been experimenting with CG and Motion Graphics, the results of wich you can see in the different sections of this portfolio.

Currently I'm looking for a position as Art Director/Web/Motion Designer (online or offline).
I'm also available for international positions.

Responsible for creating and implementing all the visual identity for online version of NOVA ESCOLA magazine, using HTML/CSS (Tableless), Server Side Include and some Javascript/JQuery solutions. Also responsible for Victor Civita Foundation's website and online projects such as some microsites and Flash animations for special educational projects. Tasks included creation and implementation of content navigation structure from wireframes and interactive prototypes (through Axure software), to the final product (end user interface).

Graphic Design (online and offline), character creation, Illustration, Storyboard, Animatic, Animation (2D and 3D), Video Editing, Motion Graphics, Special Effects and Pos-Production.

Advanced HTML and CSS coding (Web Standards and Tableless). Good comprehension of HTML5/CSS3, SSI, Wordpress, various web publishing softwares. Basic understanding of Javascript, JQuery, PHP, ASP programming and its possible uses.

Adobe Creative Suite knowledge (Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Flash, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Sound Booth), Autodesk Softimage, Z-brush, Axure.

Ease and interest in learning new technologies/softwares.

Fluent English and Portuguese.

First of all: this is not a template.

I started developing this online portfolio and its contents 3 months ago using HTML5, CSS3, Jquery and all coding stuff that could add a dynamic side to it. A really exhausting but, ultimately, very satisfying and fulfilling journey.

I managed to produce and gather every pixel you're seeing at this moment (with exception of some pictures and audios), with all possible accuracy and attention to detail. The reason why is that I wanted this portfolio to be as good as my work can be, a reflection of my tireless dedication.

After carefully planning the visual identity, I started doing the necessary research of all available resources. Then I worked really hard to bring to life what I had planned... and here's the result.
